App Review baseline
Reviewers sign in with a dedicated Clerk account and land in a preconfigured clinic workspace. No third-party credentials are required for the App Review baseline.
Rounds is currently positioned as a read-first clinic operations workspace. This page describes support scope, issue-reporting guidance, and initial troubleshooting steps when sign-in, the review clinic, connectors, or Copilot are not behaving as expected.
Reviewers sign in with a dedicated Clerk account and land in a preconfigured clinic workspace. No third-party credentials are required for the App Review baseline.
The review workspace begins with Stripe, Notion, and Google Calendar connected. Disconnecting a review-managed connector should move it into Available now for reconnect.
Copilot is read-only, operations-only, and not medical advice. If it becomes unavailable, the rest of the workspace should still remain usable.
Confirm that the review or operator account is using the correct Clerk email/password credentials. If sign-in fails repeatedly, verify that the current build is pointed at the expected backend and authentication environment before escalating the issue.
The review account should resolve into clinic_review_001. If the workspace does not
load, the review tenant may need to be reset and burned in again before App Review or onboarding.
Compare the Home connector strip and the Config screen. For the review clinic, they should stay aligned. If they drift, reconnect the affected connector and rerun the review-tenant prep path.
If Copilot is unavailable, operators can continue using Home, Feed, and Config. Copilot should be treated as an operational assistant and not as a hard dependency for core review workflows.
Support inquiries should be directed to the support contact published for the active deployment. Include the clinic name, platform, and a short description of the issue so the problem can be reproduced quickly.
